This listing is for unit #4 – there are 4 total dwellings over the 10 acres.
Each dwelling has been strategically placed for maximum privacy and panoramic views.
No spaces interior or exterior are shared or close in proximity.

BLINDS
– Each bedroom contains privacy blinds.

WAIVER
A damage/liability waiver will be sent to you after your booking has been paid for and confirmed.

NOTICE OF WILDLIFE
The property is remote and heavily treed therefore presenting a higher possibility of a wildlife encounter via deer, cougars, and bears.

– Your vehicle must include 4WD or AWD for the Winter duration.
– Our roads are plowed regularly during the winter season, however some snow/ice will remain after clearing.
