PROPERTY
This listing is for unit #1 – there are 4 total dwellings over the 10 acres.
Each dwelling has been strategically placed for maximum privacy and panoramic views.
No interior or exterior spaces are shared or close in proximity.

BLINDS
– Each bedroom contains privacy blinds.

NOTICE OF WILDLIFE
The property is remote and heavily treed therefore presenting a higher possibility of a wildlife encounter.
It is common for deer, elk, cougars, and bears to pass through the properties perimeters.

PETS
1 pet , unless host approved
$50 pet fee required

WINTER GUESTS
– Your vehicle must include 4WD or AWD for the Winter duration.
– Our roads are plowed regularly during the winter season, however some snow/ice will remain after clearing.
– Travel times increase 5-10 minutes during the winter.

WAIVER
A damage/liability waiver will be sent to you after your booking has been paid for and confirmed.
